Counseling Services/fees

We provide counseling services for individuals, couples, teens, and children.  Using Gospel-centered counseling and proven therapies, we are able to help many who are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health issues.  We come alongside those who are hurting as they walk a road to recovery, new life, and new hope. Here at Sword of the Lord Counseling, we are unique in the fact that we work with many different people from all walks of life. While we offer traditional biblical counseling, we also work with a variety of developmental and neurological issues. Our counselors are equipped and trained to offer each client a custom-tailored counseling/training experience that is unique to each individual/family to address their needs.

Counseling Fees:

We are not on any insurance boards, so we do not take insurance. We are self-pay only. We are willing to provide you with a super bill that you can give to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance carrier. Please check with your provider before coming to counseling. All sessions must be paid prior to your session. We are happy to offer payment plans. 

Rates are as follows:

Individual Biblical Counseling session (50-60 minutes) -$125.00 per session
Marriage Counseling (60-70 minutes) $150.00 per session
Family Counseling (60-70 minutes) $150.00 per session (4 person maximum) additional rates will apply if there are more than 4 people. 
Parent Training (60-70 minutes) $175.00 per session
Group rates vary- contact us for more information.
Interactive Metronome Training- $50.00 per 30 minute session (plus a $200.00 monthly fee that covers individual hours, equipment fees, and adjustments to your training schedule.)
Interactive Metronome Training- $100.00 per 60 minute session (plus a $200.00 monthly fee)

We offer sliding scale and free/reduced counseling for counseling only. sliding scale is not available for Interactive Metronome training. Reduced counseling is available on a first come first serve basis and will be available based on counselor availability. We cannot guarantee a specific amount of counseling sessions. The number of sessions will depend on counselor availability and schedule.  You will need to complete a financial need assessment form to see if you qualify based on financial need. once it is filled out, we will contact you for further information/instructions.
